FELL. argh. was grabbing first block when i fell flat. so dui1 lian3(embarrassed). got 5 bruises. one freaky orrrh-chae(blue black) at the hip boney thingy, two scratchy looking bruises on da knees, small hole at side of hand and this super painful err skin-peel-off injury on right elbow. thats the most erm disgusting looking of all? not exactly. fine. no words to describe k. vocab been worse lately. wow i realised im writing a rather long thingy here. longer than normal, that is.
ANYWAY:
sit-and-reach was horrible, as usual. 30cm. wad kind of crap is that. i super inflexible lah. stupid. wish i am more flexible(echo- EXTRA!).
