sian anyway today physical fitness test. HORRIBLE. plain horrible. only happy with standiing broad jump. OKAY FORGET IT. super unhappy jiu4 shi4 le4 la4(cool-.-). 180cm. pile of crap. sit-ups not bad 41 but cud have done more. A grade for sit-ups lol is lololol >31. sians. wasted energy. din noe mahh.

back to the fitness test. lols i so random. fine. i got it. i love full-stops. my inclined pull-ups were simply... err... wads the word...? lols: DISASTROUS. fine i dunno how to spell, k. dont laff. laffing is prohibited. wahas. kayys. going kee siao here. anyways i pulled myself up only thrice. pathetic. before the I-P-U we had shuttle run. GUESS WAD. FELL. argh. was grabbing first block when i fell flat. so dui1 lian3(embarrassed). got 5 bruises. one freaky orrrh-chae(blue black) at the hip boney thingy, two scratchy looking bruises on da knees, small hole at side of hand and this super painful err skin-peel-off injury on right elbow. thats the most erm disgusting looking of all? not exactly. fine. no words to describe k. vocab been worse lately. wow i realised im writing a rather long thingy here. longer than normal, that is.
ANYWAY:
sit-and-reach was horrible, as usual. 30cm. wad kind of crap is that. i super inflexible lah. stupid. wish i am more flexible(echo- EXTRA!).
